CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP RESULTS
A big congratulations to all our winners.
We were so lucky the weather stayed warm and dry for our Championship finals round.
Our Club Champion for 2024 is Virginia Wozniak with a total score from the 3 rounds of 266.
Division 2 winner is Judy McAlpine who won after a sudden death playoff on the 18th with a total score of 295.
Division 3 winner is Jane Whittaker with a total score of 328.
As both Virginia and Michelle could not stay behind after their game today, we did not have any presentations.
The Club has already sent out an email regarding having monthly club presentations for golf events and the first of these will be acknowledging our Club Champions, both men and women.
The insert below is from an email sent out to all members on the 27th October.
“On Friday 22nd November the Golf Presentations will take place in conjunction with Club Friday drinks, and will continue as an event on the 4th Friday of the month, to acknowledge golfing results from the prior four weeks. Bar snacks will be provided, and we look forward to seeing golfing and social members.”
The Club Champions should be celebrated by the whole club and as we move towards becoming more inclusive, we will be joining together with all members to celebrate our winners and do any presentations. I hope as many people as possible will be at the club for the Presentations to our Club Champions on the 22nd November.

All positions on the Women’s Committee become vacant and if you would like to nominate for any of the positions please put in your nomination form by 4pm on the 14th November.
